We are making available fully-loaded Zoom accounts to support arts, culture, and programs/workshops that benefit the Greater Hartford community. And it’s free to use.
With CulturVision, events are as accessible as your imagination and desire to share. Reserve your virtual event space now! If you’re not yet a Zoom expert, we’ll help with that. We’ll be hosting a Zoom training session on July 9 and we’ll have documents available on our website then too.

To reserve your event time and features, please complete the event booking form below.
A Free Center event coordinator reviews all Zoom booking inquiries on Mondays and will confirm your booking, reach out to you directly to discuss details, and make sure you’re all set for your upcoming Zoom session.
In order to help as many artists and organizations as possible to benefit from CulturVision, please try to request your Zoom booking at least a week prior to the desired event date. Because of our weekly check-ins, it’s possible that we might miss requests that have very short lead times.
